How can banks serve all market segments effectively while still generating revenue? Panelists addressed this question at the recent NACHA 2011 Payments conference. They agreed that while banks, from a technology perspective, expect to serve all customers from one platform, from a product perspective it was desirable for each segment to have a customized approach. Some segments though are harder to serve than others.
