For Financial Institutions migrating to IBS 6.x, certain training sessions will be required as part of their project. But we also offer a number of training sessions, at various costs, that encompass a wider range of topics.
All of the sessions are conducted via the web (Cisco WebEx), but there are also recorded sessions available if the financial institution cannot attend a live session. The visual portion of the sessions will be conducted using the WebEx application, for which you will receive connection information through an automated email invitation. The invitation will also include the teleconference bridge information.
Participant guides will be available for download at least one day prior to the scheduled session via an email sent from the trainer.
The following are training topics scheduled for 2009:
- Banking Manager Administration for administering employee access to the Banking Manager and browsing audit log activity reports

You can find a list of training sessions as well as links to the schedule and electronic enrollment forms at http://ibs5pp.secure-banking.com/training.htm (times are Central). For financial institutions migrating to IBS 5.x, there is a session specific to changes and enhancements in that version – the training is not required for a migration, but it is very beneficial.
For any training related questions or for those interested in enrolling for training that is not already included as part of a PSO project, please contact Tony Lynch for information and pricing.
