A little over a month ago we announced that the brands: Postilion, S1 Enterprise, and FSB Solutions would no longer be in use and that we will use a single brand – S1 – under which we will market solutions for payments, online banking, branch banking and lending.
This change was in response to input received from our stakeholders including customers, prospects, partners, industry analysts and investors. Many of these stakeholders found our multiple brand strategy confusing. Others felt this approach did not communicate some of our key strengths.
A single brand allows us to address these issues. Since moving to a single brand, we have already begun to make clearer to the market what we have to offer and how our family of solutions can benefit your organization. It captures more completely the strength of our Company and its solutions.
Though our branding has changed, many things will not change. Our commitment to customer satisfaction remains the central tenant of our organization. We will continue to focus on innovation that delivers a competitive edge to our customers.
2009 has been a challenging year for all of us in the financial services industry and we are grateful to all of you for your continued support.
