S1 released financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ending 31 December 2009 on 4 March 2010 after the close of the financial markets.

We held an investor conference call on 5 March 2010 at 8:30 am ET, hosted by our Chief Executive Officer, Johann Dreyer. The call was webcast live for investors and other interested parties, and a replay became available two hours after the conference call was completed.
