Our Process
Transparency in what we do increases efficiency and builds trust. The following process outlines what you as a S1 client can expect from the moment of engagement to final delivery of your transformed Web presence.
1. Kick-off Call
A conference call is scheduled defining the detailed project plan and introducing the client to the S1 team members and their respective roles and responsibilities.
2. Creative Phase
Following a guided needs discovery discussion with the client, the S1 design team presents three web site mock-ups with a detailed SWOT analysis review of each design. Based on client feedback, S1 makes all necessary modifications and prepares the groundwork for the next level of review.
3. Functional Prototype Phase
The final template is produced with the key programming and function buttons all active. Here the client gains high-level insight as to the eventual, overall user experience including navigation elements, timing and motion graphics.
4. Content Build-Out Phase
With the general Web architecture established, the S1 team turns its attention to site mapping and content. We ask that the client provide all appropriate web site content and a site map guide to the S1 team within 15 business days of project kick-off.
5. Launch
Following final approval, S1 schedules a Go-Live date with the client. Hosting, analytics and maintenance packages are available upon request.
