Using a state-of-the-art 24x7 operation, the S1 Customer Support team offers various levels of service to meet your individual support needs and budgets. S1 Customer Support provides technical support engineers who work with you to provide ongoing solutions for S1 products. Online support is also available through the S1 Customer Extranet site that provides one-stop access to technical information for S1 products. S1 Customer Support is comprised of three main components:

  • Client Advocate: All customers are assigned an S1 Client Advocate, whose primary responsibility is to ensure seamless support between S1 and you
  • S1 Support Plans: S1īs Standard and Advantage Support Plans provide the support solutions that enable you to focus on your customers needs, while remaining confident that the S1 Customer Support team will provide technical assistance on S1 products
  • S1 Customer Support Team: S1 Customer Support professionals are highly trained, have extensive product knowledge, and are equipped with leading-edge tools enabling them to quickly diagnose and remedy any technical issues that arise.
